Erase a patient DELETE

Erases the patient's identity and keeps a tombstone that answers every repeat: pending while erasure runs, held under a lab's legal hold (retried by a repeat), completed when done or never held.

Read an order snapshot GET

The same snapshot the order.updated event carries. Drafts and other practices' orders are not found.
