Handle Shining3d O Auth Callback GET

Handle the Shining 3D Dental Cloud consent return. Owner-only: redeems the code to learn the user's institutions, binds the one that granted GuideLab orders access in Dental Cloud, stores no provider token, and redirects to scanner settings.

Import Scanner Files POST

Import files from a scanner case into an existing order. Uses verified provider sessions and managed private storage, including bounded ZIP and 7z extraction. Async callers receive a durable job ID.
