Handle Allied Star Authorization Callback GET

Handle the Alliedstar authorization return using a session-bound state query parameter. Only the privately configured sandbox account can enroll; unsigned identities do not establish customer account ownership.

Handle Itero O Auth Callback GET

Handle the iTero OAuth callback after user authorization. Exchanges the authorization code for tokens, discovers the API region, and pairs the account if exactly one available account is found.
