The lab and the order's clinic both read the reports. A clinic never receives the root cause, the investigation or the corrective action. For the lab, an open report of serious harm adds the vigilance facts of its jurisdiction.
List orders GET
Returns a paginated list of orders for the authenticated user's organization. Supports filtering by status, date range, search, and other criteria. Labs see orders where they are the lab; clinics see orders where they are the clinic.
