Problem reports on an order

The lab and the order's clinic both read the reports. A clinic never receives the root cause, the investigation or the corrective action. For the lab, an open report of serious harm adds the vigilance facts of its jurisdiction.

List order delivery notes (DDT) GET

Returns the DDTs issued for an order, newest first, plus which issuer a new one would use: Fatture in Cloud when it is connected with the delivery-note scope, otherwise the platform.

List tasks of an order's current phase GET

Returns the ordered task list of the order's active phase. For clinic requesters, only clinic-visible entries are returned and labels resolve to clinicTitle when set.
