Send password reset email to team member POST

Triggers a password reset email for the specified team member via Better Auth. Organization owners and admins may send password resets.

Update team member role PATCH

Updates a non-owner member's role. Only owners may promote another member to owner, retaining their own ownership. Owners and admins may assign other roles; doctor is clinic-only.
