List messages in a conversation GET

Retrieve paginated messages for a conversation with sender info, org details, and attachments. Internal notes are only visible to the org that sent them. Supports cursor-based pagination via before/after message IDs.

Mark conversation as read POST

Advance the current organization's conversation read cursor to the latest committed message sequence. Broadcasts the organization-wide cursor to connected clients.
